  • Keep a journal of any kind! Keeping a journal that calls to you is a fantastic way to grow and develop. Keep this journal can help you grow. You have so much to teach yourself.
  • Light a stick of incense (or ring a bell or…whatever please you) and give thanks and send a prayer out to those that you know need help. They don’t need to know or be appreciative, sending a loving thought is good for everyone involved. Gratitude makes everything better, being grateful for the positive in your life is a good way to achieve the right mindset for the universe to speak to you.
  • Use mantras, one positive statement can make a big impact in your world. Say it out loud, when you are alone in the car or shower and or maybe have one for the whole family to hear. Memes are great – but what sticks with you.
  • Tend a garden or just one plant. Loving a plant that will love you. More and more science shows that plants are aware of us. Get an air-purifying one and I guarantee it will improve your whole environment.
  • Give out genuine compliments. People love receiving genuine compliments that are given with a smile. What you are doing beyond brightening everyone’s day is training your brain to see the good. This can help you find the silver lining even on the darkest day.
  • Observe nature, birds, sunset, moon, stars, a spider web take 5 minutes but while you doing that be doing nothing else.  Breath it all in and be present in the moment. Take your time to observe the feeling of the air on your skin, the smell in the air the nature sounds.
  • Read a little something every day that lifts the spirit. One article one passage or one paragraph about or to develop the path that you are on. Give the back of your mind something to mull over while you are going about your day. This constant feeding of your path will lead to massive growth over time.
  • Put a little salt in your dishwater for health. We all have to stop and do our dirty dishes but this is a regular practice of washing away the old and adding the simple magick ritual of adding a bit of salt for health can bring very rewarding energy to your kitchen and the chore that brings the family health. All it takes is table salt and a bit of mindful intent.
  • The ground before sleeping. At the end of the day… set it all down. Sleep and rest and heal; make ready for tomorrow. You may have to pick it up in the morning but there is no safer place to leave your life’s work than with Mother Earth.
