
Grounded to my Goals
January 4, 2021You settle into the cool green grass and find your eyes fixed on a moving target ahead. Your goal flits and flies in and out of focus. Bouncing between the achievable and the improbable. You breathe in the cool damp earth focusing on what you will need to do. You can not control the wind or the flies or many other things outside your focus.
Take your time.
Conect with the earth.
Inspired you creep forward fast and silent, your timely action on fast and strategic. You are now in a better position. Close to your goal… breath and relax.
Let the tension fall into the earth. Breath.
You see the goal moving ever closer to you, your actions make the difference. To get to where you want to go you know what you must do. Your unique set of skills are the best way to determine if your goals are within reach. Take the time you need, you know what you must do. Breath, relax, and take thoughtful deliberate action.
